Vascular Surgery and Endovascular Therapy

Vascular Surgery and Endovascular Therapy

Care for the entire circulatory system

Loyola is a leader in treating peripheral vascular disease and related conditions, including visceral arteriosclerosis and intestinal angina, renal arteriosclerosis with hypertension and/or renal failure as well as carotid arterty disease, aortic aneurysm and venous disease. We use a multidisciplinary team approach that includes cardiologists, neurologists and peripheral vascular surgeons. Often our specialists are able to make a diagnosis with a minimally invasive or noninvasive technique, using an MRA, an angiogram, computed tomography angiogram or an ultrasound.

The Loyola difference

Loyola is a nationally recognized leader in cardiac care. U.S. News & World Report ranked us as a top 20 hospital for cardiology and heart surgery in 2011, making this our ninth year in the top 50.
